Yes that is true.
Bravo was quite a good server with a good community of people, a good place where you could PK people, a good structure of the server so you knew where everything was placed even withouht a map, a couple of quests and so on.
Also at the beginning when I started to play Bravo it had a very good management and people did not have staff items and such, that came later.
So... a server needs a good place to PK for those who wants to. And also a couple of cool NPCs, but not to much damage NPCs which makes PK with swords impossible. And have friendly staff
For a server you are making... umm... don't have to far from like one town to another with endless plain levels, that is boring, like Graal3000 when it came out the second time.
