Suprized you people took the whole mob mentality on me, claling me all these things withought a very valid foundation.
I'm on from my 9pm to my 10 am every day, because I am more nocturnal, and I work at night too, because I don't get alot of things that can interfear with what I'm doing.
As for firing kamuii, you get let go after being inactive for a long time, no matter what thei're excusses or resons for being gone, SOME ONE has to fill thier spot, if thier spot is really needed, such as police chief or co manager, someone NEEDS to fill their spots.
As for me handeling 2k1 alone, I've had enough co managers that just can't take being in that position. It takes alot of dedication, human relations, patieants, just alot of factors that not everyone can really deal with.
I haven't made any stupid or wrong dissions with my staff, I think every dision I make though alot. I do the stuff that is neccacary that no one else wants to do.
Kamuii isn't personaly attacking me here because he understands my dissison, and I really respect him for holding his anger in, and just bitting his toung, thanks Symon.
On the other hand, Alkaren is going mad because I had to let him go.
It doesn't matter what condidtions you have and why you can't come on. SOMEONE has to be doing that job.

Most of the people that have insulted me are missinformed and are jus ttaking the voice of the crowed rather than their own individual voice.
I'm not power hungry, thats the last thing I am.
If I have to fire freiends of mine, so be it.
I have a valid reson behind every body that I have fired.
if you don't pull your weight, are inactive, abuse power, or just do something bad within the staff circle, than you get let go.
If people hate me and call me all these things because of it, so be it.
I doubt anyone would take people spitting on thier face for very long if I were replaced.
And besides that, with the new exe, a new menu, item/person system is comming out, so stefan is scripting, and I'm doing graphics, its hard, very very hard, the hardest thing I've done, so its alot esier to work on it when stefan is on and when hardly anyone is on.
Anyway, thaks for your opinyons on me, really liked hearing about them, and how people can get cought up in the whole mess of things.
