A NAT does not need RC to test levels , that is what you have Lat Chiefs for and no untrained GP will ever act as a GP on Npulse, problem is too many idiots give excessive power to those who do not need it and have problems with the server because of it. Providence is a prime example of that.... you see what happened there recently.... I rest my case....
