International calls are still charged at extortionate rates. And as far as I know being charged -$6.54 for a call is not possible on the fantastic UK telephone networks.

I meant just applying this idea to the current p2p system. Like, five minutes of G2K1 a day, before being kicked off. Sorry if that was unclear to anybody. After all, if more money is needed, why not tempt people rather than force 'em? Human beings resent being
made to do things. If you have the choice you're more attracted to something. Example: which would you rather do, climb down a hole or be pushed?
