Yes. That is true. Then you just run it again, when the allplayerscount decreases it evens out and when it increases it sets that player's head. Pretty simple, but good so incase you want your RCs to stop getting endless bickerings about the poor conditions of your server, and then ask for hats, money, weaons, etc.
