I've known about this for a while but it just now occured to me to post it. When you put down baddy npc's (the ones that are dressed as newbies) you can set its options for what it does. But when you click on can or cant hurt other npc's it doesnt matter they kill each other no matter wether the option is selected for not being able to hurt each other.
