What I'm getting at is the fact that the image was hosted under his section of image storing in
www.yoursighost.com. Doesn't that make it legally binding that the result of the image being posted was due to his own dis-responsibility in handling the image? If someone steals a car rigged with a bomb, and the person in ownership of the vehicle presses the button and the car and person goes "boom," the owner who pressed the button is still in the right posistion for criminal charges.
