Global Ban was restricted because it would suck if one bad or misguided GP started banning innocents with upgraded accounts.
Peach's job, while it existed, was to manage global ban on the upgraded accounts...buuut he quit, so it never happened.
A detection network would be cool though. Like you can set G2K1's serveroptions - trust Classic's Bans, and turn it off if it turns out Classic's banning innocents...I assume there are lots of PWs that would like to Trust Classic and G2K1's ban flags... |
