-A Graal church system, those dedicated to peacefull life, healing, the finer things (No religious sybols just a churge as a sort of focal point) with parts in all knigdoms, more of a social thing than religous, so maybe not claling them a church, humm...

That sounds cool. Karakaze is gypsyish but I don't know if swe're gypsyish enough. if there aren't enough people to really have a gypsyish subkingdom there could be a few gypsy members in karakaze, or they could all be NPCs :P
