It doesn't matter, its the rules, this is a private organization, you cannot apply US Constutional points here, thats like saying that someone should be able to put signs in your yard that say, "Give me food free" or stuff. If at anytime anyone on this forum does something that is "against the rules" this is open for banning tham, and the US Constution can't do crap about it.
