Yes, I really want RC even though the 3 times I had RC on 2001, I have always quit.

I was ET Admin and I had RC for a short period of time. I had it removed because I had to be banned on the other P2P servers.

I was Police Chief and I had RC for a while. I quit because I no longer had the time. If I was power hungry, I would have abused my RC to do something.

And Albus, the GPs I hired are the ones that were recommended to me from the GPs and also scored high on the tests. I judge carefully on the tests and essays, and I make sure that they learn everything. The thing is, the people that will make good GPs live in the USA, and I am concentrating on time zones right now, so I hire the people that are best in their time zone. There's no point in having 5 GPs on at the same time during USA afternoons, and having no GPs on at the time of Australia's afternoon or Europe's afternoon.
