2K1 was fun the first day it came out, it was a new land to explore, and I found fun in just travelling the countryside, then I tackled the quests. But the only problem, was that there were, and still are very few quests. They stopped taking player submissions for quests and levels, saying that they wanted to look more professional, but some of the most memorable levels on Graal back in the classic times, were those designed by the players. Also, the climate on G2K1 is horrible, there is an air of deceit, and you almost can't even trust your friends anymore. Everyone is looking to scam each other out of something. Money is the greatest problem on 2K1. Remember when you could pull gralats out of bushes? Nobody thought anything of losing a few gralats before, because they could be easily replaced.
As for me. I have been logging on to Graal less and less lately.
I would rather play a game where others are friendly, than Graal, where the backstabbing runs on a regular schedule. |
