I don't really see any other rules you would have to follow along the lines of the already placed conduct rules..

The owner should have the right to ban whomever they please, and in turn the players have the right to complain about owners banning for stupid reasons.

If the owner bans someone because they don't like them personally, then the person that got banned can report it to stefan, and the pw would look bad. Therefore, all pw owners should know how to run their pw properly and know the rules.
