Altho people might offended you cant limit people certain names unless the names you dont want them to use contain flat out swearing or rascis like

I_f*cked_your_mom etc...

Because believe it thats just a name,
if all of a sudden a guy named Robet of Minnesota
blew up some buildings, are you gonna limit everoyne from using the name Robert of Minnesota,
there are thousands of Roberts in minnesota.
Also i thin kit is redicilous to not let people use the name Stalin.
Stalin was just a hard line communist leader,
not to mention Stalin, not Chruchill or the other allied presidents, started actually liberating Europe from the ****s,
only later did the allies land on hte shores of Normandy and start liberating western europe. It was the Soviets who captured Berlin and overthrew the ****s. Stalin was a hero despite some of the other things he did. Yes he may have imprisoned thousands of people but that was because they were breaking laws in their society. Are you telling me if i dont pay Taxes because i dont think they are fair, then the government would be evil for putting me into Jail?
