No we would have to give them all at least level 4 RCs or they would't be able to "work"
But ya i think that i already work on enough PWs and dont need to atempt at making a PW of my own when i can go play PWs that are doing things that i cant do on my own
Most PWs that are in devolompent now all at least have their own tilesets and most have a "snazy" system and great ideas. The only thing i have is great ideas i cant put them in graal because i suck at scripting
