I figured it out. In the editor, for example you have 2 levels. new1.nw and new2.nw. You make a folder in ftp called test. When using the links in new1.new you would do this /test/new2.nw . Graal should be fixed so that this is possible. The main directory is not always primary though for instance if your directory changes to test then you dont have to have a test/ in the directory name if you want to access a level from that folder. This would help a bunch in tons of things including guild houses and such. Say you have a guild called Gangster. Log into ftp, make new folder, upload their levels. Best Organization on graal ever.
