It could all be done with PHP..... the script could load your account attributes, check the level you are in, and then load the serveroptions.txt to see if the level you are in is one of the jail levels or not; it shouldn't be too hard to do. Oh, and if the server wanted jails that weren't built in jail levels ("No PM Jail"), then there could just be a "noars" string in the serveroptions or something that lists the levels that ARS should reset people from.

As for making an NPC to reset accounts, it would be near impossible without a command to recieve all of the flags of a player... but serverside editing of fullhearts DOES work.
