Classic USED to be like that.. now I go on there and it's just people calling others names and killing eachother non-stop.. there aren't guild wars like there used to be, and sparring always gets ruined and stuff.. it's not like it used to be.. plus Classic has all those disadvantages of making you get "heras" and more powerful stuff in order to get an advantage.. I just want a server that isn't unfair to anyone that starts playing.
There could perhaps be several guilds styled after different types of people, such as a group of thieves, group of outlaws, etc. Then just have about 10+ of those and they have regions on the worldmap where their clans reside.. (not just one guild builiding but an entire area) everyone is neutral at the start and must try out for a clan in order to make it into the clan.
Maybe even have treasure that each clan has that can be stolen by other clans, and like I said, you could have clans team up in order to have both clans guard their treasure or something. (the treasure would be cool if it was a bunch of stuff in a room that could be carried, and the opposing clan would have to run in and try to take it and run back to their clan's area.
There would need to be a simple way to balance them out though, so that one clan doesn't grow too large and take over everything like a dictatorship. Perhaps fake funding and you have to pay for the well being of each clan member that you have.
Like, you get 10,000 gralat in assets each month, and you only have that much to spend unless you have stolen from others. That way, if you have a big clan, you have to keep up with the funding or you lose members.
