I remember Sky Pirates, exact same concept, and hey, Cohn was the leader of it! He was going to put his airships on Faheria, and he even said that they might be able to goon Graal 2001. So don't tell us that this plan is impossible, it's very possible indeed.
As for Dustari and unfair advantages, what do you think we will do? Start running our ships into enemy bases? Land on their roofs and raid their castles? Of course not, it's just something fun. I can understand that Pirates are against it, because I was talking this over yesterday with Dustari's head scientist (part of the airship development team) and if we have airships Pirates are pretty much sitting ducks. But the majority of the airships will be for research purposes, and one for the King and his royal family. Who knows, maybe the other kingdoms will get airships someday
