no you dont, they are the fire kingdom now. And graal takes place in a fantasy age, so calling it "Medievel" is just stupid. Dustari are train tracks leading to their castle.
And as for the Airship ((balls to Tupper ;D))
A few years ago, a few Dustarians stole some Machines from the now empty Zal labs. After a few mages studied it for a while, they combined their fire magic with it for a truly wonderful artifact, the flying machine. They only had enough Zalmaterial to to build 1 large engine, and an engine for a small ship. These engines run off of Zalat, and a very powerful magic energy created by an unknown artifact ;D. These ships are reletivly unarmed due to the weight of weapons, but they can carry enough hand held bombs to destroy a small town. The ships crew consists of a pilot, a navigator, a captain, a few soldiers/deckhands, and a small group of archers and bombs to attack. Though these ships can fly, they are easily brought down.

You forgot the steam engine. The Graalian world already has one (the train), why not use one, in combonation with some basic magic, to power an airship?
Like I told you, I am working out the technicaliaties now. Every little thing will be explained.
