Even if you did, I don't think they'd actually use it... the Dustari jealously guard their castle, unfortunately. Mind you, if you set the requirements to knock down the gate high enough, I don't think there would be any problem with people doing it just for fun. I mean, look at how hard it is to get people for the heart quests - even people WITHOUT the heart are too lazy to do it sometimes.
