How did you and birdy get in there? hehe, he must of died a short second after talking to you, he died when everyone from the jail cell died..
Someone brought miru into the hall and that is what killed Tybalt, I was told.
There is no switch or anything for the jail.. they really should get one. You can't get through unless you have a dustari tag.
