He was just bumped up because Sanstrata needed some gfx and he was already on the team or something like that. So I guess he got full FTP rights from that little unessisary bump....oh man.

This was posted waaaaay back on page 1, but I feel I need to defend myself here.
He was bumped up to GAT Admin because we had no GATs at all.
Full FTP Rights? I didn't give him any FTP rights. The people who had full FTP Rights under my ownership were the people I trusted and who used them well.
The NATs had FTP Access, but only to
ONE level, npctest.nw, which they could use to test their NPCs online.
