When I get out of the stance and block someone, it takes the same "skill and finesse" to exert as much of their momentum as humanly possible into driving their opponent back and to get as much control to stop him from resisting or from driving you back.
It's like a circus act, it looks easy, but it takes a lot of practice, and that's why I play it, I like the challenge of playing a sport where I do not just have to increase agility to be better, I have to practice the plays and lift weights.
