im using the ipbanned.txt in the Logs folder...
Don't worry about High RC, I have level 4 =/
But for Global IP Banning, you need to be level 5, and since Unixmad hates everyone, he and Stefan are the only level 5's...
I just don't kno how to add it correctly |
