HAHAHA Shows the current state of Graal, its all started going to hell since Unixmad decided he was the only one who deserved power and dropped most of the global RCs to level 1. Before he did that it may of been corrupt but atleast things got done....now look at it, everyone either doesnt have the power to do anything or those that do have the power are either to lazy/or to in-experianced to do anything
