You can't force people to hold events if they want to eventually enforce laws.
It just makes no sense.
The staff system is fine. Let people do what they're best at.

you don't have to accept the promotion if you don't want to be a cop. But what it does is get you people-oriented. Yes, a cop does do different stuff than an FAQ, but the jobs really are very closely related in that if people have a problem, they PM you. Say you work in some graphic arts company. You start out as a drawer, right? and eventually say you get promoted to vice president, well, running a company has nothing to do with art, but you're still in the art business. Same thing here, getting promoted to cop may seem very different than being FAQ, but you're still in the service buisness |
