do you mean once people's psychological age grows beyond their biological age...
and even then it doesnt really make much sense,
because having a psychological age of a 13 year old is pretty good. It just so happens that many 13 year olds here have the mind of 3 year olds, so everoyne gets to used to saying, stop acting like a dumb 13 year old. Bah whatever.
