New support system *might* help graal grow.
|
There are some rumors of a support system that will not just be another system where people can just grab jobs to be admins. The staff that work on this project will be cloaked and will only have a #. The system will make it easier for graalians to contact graalonline with account problems etc. This is only a rumor but im sure hoping it comes true. I'd like 24/7 support that isn't run by immature 12 year olds(not all 12 year olds are immature ; just to clear up any controversy) wouldn't you? |
