Toad,
I had the same problem with Graal whenever I installed Windows XP. Here is the "solution":
Open your Control Panel then go into Appearance and Themes. Then, display. Then, click the settings tab. Set your color quality to Medium (16 Bit). Click the adavanced button beside trouble shoot, then, set your DPI setting to "Normal size (96 DPI). Then, go to the troubleshoot tab, slide the Hardware acceleration all the way over to full. Then, go to the Monitor tab, on your Screen refresh rate set that to 85 Hertz. Now, restart your computer. Try out Graal offline to see if lighteffects show up correctly. If they do then it's fixed. If it's not I have no clue. I hope it helps, I was stuck on this for about 2 months, lol. |
