I have been to lax and easy going on my officers and on people. This will change now. I do not know about the rest of staff but I am going to shape up police, and I am going to do my bst to the best of my power and authority to clean up other staff memebrs if I can. Action needs to be taken, and I don't see many people taking it. Just wait and see the kind of hard-ass I can be.
