Credit Card Fraud does not necessarrily mean a fake card. More often someone (purchaser, purchaser's mother, or the real card owner) goes to their credit card company and says they never bought anything from Eurocenter. The credit card company charges PayPal, PayPal charges Unixmad's bank, Unixmad's bank charges the Graal account, and then we wind up even deeper in debt. |
