Suicide is stupid. I think it's just some people's way of taking the easy way out of life's problems.
Why the hell where you born just so you could kill yourself? There is no point in it. No matter how depressing life can be sometimes, there is no reason someone should take their own life. It isn't like deciding whether or not to get married, this decision will be permanent. Many people get in such a stupid state of mind, that they feel killing themselves won't really kill them, but just take away their problems.
Everyone I love could die today, and sure I would be extremely saddened, but I'm not going to kill myself over it. If you were to die in some accident, wouldn't you want the people you care about to go on living a happy life? Not to kill themself and join you.
Stupid petty problems like people picking on you or a pet dying is nothing to dwell on so much that you want to take your own life.
To sum it up, I can't believe the youth of today. So many young people feel like life isn't worth living, etc, and I blame the media. There are so many bands out today based around being depressed and wanting to kill yourself or others, and if that isn't bad enough, they have to make tv shows and movies with the same stuff in it. Just stop and think of how many songs you have listened to that speak of life sucking and wanting to commit/committing suicide.
Life is too short to worry about anything, you're going to die so you might as well have a great time while you're here.
