Unless we have a damned RP school, there ARE no more qualified people. Maybe a couple, but they're few and far between, and I want them to be taken in by the other Kingdoms so that Dustari doesn't hog like it used to.
If you look on the roster, I'm sort of running out of older members to promote and higher positions to promote to. I can't make ranks out of my ass.
