I think another problem is we have too many admins doing too many things. We see people doing level making and scripting at the same time, as well as GFX on the side and administrating. Well, how the hell do you want good quality work if you got the same guys/girls balancing 4 different jobs? You can't! You need to give each person one MAIN objective, and they do that. Sure, they can help out with other things on the side but they must focus on their ONE main goal.
