Ok, most of the things you have said are true, but aswell dont help in anyway.
For 1, hiring ppl that are 18+ is a good idea for the fact that they are older, and have more experiance than a younger person. You are right about maturity.. but how will that fix Graal when the poeple that are young are not mature? If they can find someone who is mature that is like 12, then that is great. But they have not. So how will that fix anything? |
