An old saying is "You can't please everyone". And sadley this rings true...no matter how hard you try, it's just impossible. Everyone views every situation differently. Diffrence of opinion; that's what makes the world go 'round. Hiring only only 18+ people is silly as well. First off, your being sterotypical, as I know kids younger then most adults who are far more intelligent then most adults I have met. Second you only believe maturity comes with age; not true as well. I've seen 8 year olds act more maturely than almost any kid in my school. About mkainging someone take some sort of test: stupid as well. A lot of people don't do good on tests.

Also, you ask that you be allowed to help out, if I read correctly, simply because you have been playing this game for a long time. Well, I have a small news flash for you... Contrary to "popular" beliefe...length of time here means nothing.
