James205, I asked him if he could fix a RC on Andor. And he said later. So I asked him an hour after and he said that he isnt doing anything graal related at the time. So I asked him the next day, and he just freaked on me. He then blocked me.
Now that isnt right, he is a Account Administrator, he should atleast be there to do something when he can. You can always put something aside and fix what ever needs to be fixed. How long does it take to get on RC, and edit a Account? no more then 5 minutes of your spare time. If you cant do something like that, then why have the job? its useless when someone else can do that job 10x better and more effeciant.

They don't need to be on the job 24/7 though, if they have aim its mainly for personal use.
Heck, I have lots of things going on and sometimes I can't throw everything down to explain what I am doing to go help that person, the player needs to do their part as well.
