Yes, it should be just like paint, except with a Transparency feature, and rotation of any angle (instead of just 90 degrees).
And instead of right click as secondary colour, right click should be the same as the eyedropper tool, and whatever colour is rightclicked on, becomes main colour. It makes drawing much quicker, and easier. |
