Lomgren, it somewhat resembles a Goomba from Mario, BUT not much more than Ambient resembles a koopa.

A red shell and white wings is not enough to constitute copyright infringement if you ask me. I don't think obvious resemblances should be allowed on Graal but things like those two bomies are different enough that they do not pose a problem.

Things like the Zelda heads and DRZ heads are different. They are created specifically to look exactly like the inspiration, but the ambient bomy body was not and does not.
