guild house

I have a guild in waiting and I would hope someone would be generous and make meh a guild house,I want a gloomy type atmosphere(preferably a castle,and or a forest type deal).Don't worry about scripts,just tell me what the NPC should do in the NPC and I will make that.I probably will pay somewhere in the range of 50 gralats but bonus' for anyone that does a good job |
