IP restriction wouldn't work too well, my old ISP did weird **** because you could dial 1 of 4 numbers (chances are 3 weren't working) and on one day it would be 205.119.93.84 and the next it would be something like 207.105.73.70, so I had to give *.*.*.* as my IP range, luckily now I am on cable
