Like you get on other online games. There is just one big world, not heaps of different worlds. I have to admit I had thought of that a couple of times. There would be some problems though, especially as different people make different quality work and then if only some people's stuff got accepted it would kind of take away one thing that is unique to Graal, the ability for people to make their own worlds and levels and stuff.
