Download the BRAND NEW setup.exe from the website to a DIFFERENT directory.
Install Graal to a NEW directory.
If that doesn't work, your computer sucks royally.

Well, I installed it into the
c
graal2001 directory it made, and it doesn't work for me.
I have the new setup.exe, too.
