Mining script (I will pay good money)

If someone can make a G2K1 mining rocks that have owner tags, and when none of them are hit for 3 seconds they all go to (no owner).
Also, the owner tag has to actually work.
If you can make this, and I give it to the admins or something, and they actually use it, I will give the person who made the script 50g. |
