That will be disabled so it won't work.
When you start on the playerworld you select your gender and a skin color. There won't be any way to change them after that. Unless someone is really desperate to change it then an admin can change it for them
But gender won't be able to be changed since that ties in with a lot of stuff, especially the clothing and things.
