1. They do. Unless the server is really stupid and doesn't get the updated guild tags, then they won't show. Otherwise, they will.
2. I have a program that does that, I just can't use it on guild manager. 
3. Guild leaders and certain ranks can already use build data base.
4. You CAN add allies and you CAN'T hurt them while they have their tag on. Duh!

1. No they don't. This hasn't worked properly for a year if not more.
About the last thing, never knew about being able to add allies and stuff. I'm gonna check and see if that's true
