For now on I want every graalian to e-mail me and I want to hear from everyone. Complaint or comment, I will be there to listen and keep track of different Ideas about other staff members from graalians. Of course your ideas needs to come with a well planned out explanation on why he/she is like this or should be this. Although I cannot manage staff because im only the Assistant Accounts Administrator I am going to take notes down and and i will be your representitive. If i see a lot of people have the same comments W/ EXPLANATIONS I will take it up to galen, stefan, or unixmad.
I am going to keep a folder of all the staff members names and add the REASONABLE e-mails to the folders. Then after a week I will review each e-mail and evaluate.
I made a promise to peach when he made staff and that was that i would be here for the people and not for my stupid power i recieve.
