Most stuff has been fixed, for the upper case filenames
you need RC 2002/01/13. Putnpc is fixed (it was
searching for a level instead for a normal 'file').
Text files are transferred like normal files, as binary.
Graal uses a compatible reading of text files, has
no problems with unix/dos format, so its up to you.
