It should be the universal copout pronoun "their". When all else fails use a gender-neutral improper use of plural.
"UnholyNation_RC21 changed their nick to LiL PiiXiE KiTiE blah". That way if it's a guy who has the playerisfemale flag for some reason, or a girl with playerismale, or whatever, it covers everyone and everything. If Piccolosan came on RC, it wouldn't try to guess his gender.
